travel europe spain majorca around the island
We drove all over the island after arriving in Palma de Majorca (Mallorca).
First, we drove northeast up into the mountains to the small town of Soller.
From there, we drove east through the mountains to our home base at the Monesterio de Lluc.
From this base, we drove through Pollenca to Cap Formentor and its beaches on the south side.
We also explored several small "towns" on the mountainous north coast.
We then drove south through Inca, the Alcudia area, and Manacor to the southern beach town of Cala Santanyi.
From there, we drove back to Palma de Majorca.
I have included some exerpts from my son Ryan's travelogue along with some of the photos.
